     1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using LOGIRIDE, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.


     2. Definitions

    - "Platform" refers to the LOGIRIDE website and mobile application.

    - "Driver" refers to a User offering carpooling services through the Platform.

    - "Rider" refers to a User accepting carpooling services from a Driver.


     3. User Responsibilities

    - Account Creation: Users must provide accurate and complete information during account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

    - Compliance with Laws: Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including traffic rules and car insurance requirements.

    - Respectful Behavior: All interactions on LOGIRIDE must be respectful and lawful. Discrimination, harassment, or abuse will not be tolerated.


     4. Carpooling Arrangements

    - Booking Rides: Riders can book rides through the Platform. The agreement between the Driver and Rider is a private arrangement, and LOGIRIDE is not responsible for any disputes that may arise.

    - Cancellation: Both Drivers and Riders can cancel a ride under certain conditions. LOGIRIDE reserves the right to charge cancellation fees as per our policy.


     5. Payments

    - Service Fees: LOGIRIDE may charge a service fee for connecting Drivers and Riders. This fee will be displayed at the time of booking.

    - Payment Methods: Payments for rides can be made through the payment methods available on the Platform.


     6. Liability

    - Disclaimer: LOGIRIDE provides a platform to connect Drivers and Riders. We do not guarantee the safety, reliability, or suitability of any ride.

    - Limitation of Liability: LOGIRIDE is not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to accidents, delays, or cancellations.


     7. User Content

    - Content Ownership: Users retain ownership of the content they post on LOGIRIDE. However, by posting content, you grant LOGIRIDE a license to use, modify, and distribute your content on the Platform.

    - Prohibited Content: Users are prohibited from posting illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content. LOGIRIDE reserves the right to remove any content that violates our policies.


     8. Termination

    LOGIRIDE reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in any activity that harms the integrity of the Platform.


     9. Changes to Terms
